Fees for Hiring the Hall

Cost per hour: 

£15 for Dadlington & Stoke Golding residents

​£12 for regular hirers

Hire of Projector/AV System £10 per booking.

​Please book enough time to set up and clear away after your event. The first and last 15 minutes are provided free of charge.

CANCELLATION

Bookings can be cancelled up to seven days beforehand. After that full payment will be expected unless there are exceptional circumstances. 

If you hire the hall, please complete the clearing up tick list that will be left on the kitchen counter.

How to make a booking

1. Calculate the cost using the fee chart.

2. Read the terms and conditions for hire.
   
3. Check to see if your required date is available.
   
4. Fill in the booking form. By submitting the form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for hire.
