​Mondays 20:00 - 21:00

A 60 min yoga class suitable for beginner and intermediate level, including breath work and relaxation. Humble Practice teaches a blend of yoga styles, including a traditional foundation, but with flowing sequences and focus on detailed alignment. Clare's teaching style is informal and relaxed, and everyone (over 16 years) is welcome, all you need is a mat! Please don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.

LINE DANCING

Tuesdays 19:00 - 21:30

​GN Western Connection offer line dancing classes on Tuesday nights starting at 7-7.45 pm for beginners and 8-9.30 pm for  improver/intermediate dancers. 

The cost is £5 per session.  Line dancing is a good way to get fit, make friends and have fun.
